they only thing you can't reproduce in perpetuity with off the shelf stuff is meat, BUT there should be an abundance of birds/other rodents running around that you could in theory trap and eat. or catch and breed.
or, what about the fish/guinea pigs? hmmm...
the biggest factor is utilities, honestly.

you could stay at Walmart for 40+ years, and still get no benefits

a couple of years ago they caught a guy in a Walmart who had been living on a shelf for months.

The fact that those buildings don't have attics should be a giveaway as should this from your link...

The couple was discovered when employees in the break room heard banging from above. Apparently the couple was engaging in intercourse when the new headboard to their queen sized bed, which they also took from the store, was banging against one of the attic dividers. During Thomas’s confession, he also admitted stealing K-Y Jelly Yours+Mine which he says “screwed up everything and got us busted.

Well it depends, are the employees and customers in there too? That would drastically increase the chance for suicide within 24 hours.
Just more meat.

Should be able to survive at least 50 years.

My guess was 20 years
I really think you could go longer. Eat all the perishables first. Then move on to the box and cans. Plus all the frozen things
You could put a lot of the meat in the freezer so it would last longer.
If you used your head and had a plan, I think it would be a lifetime for one person. If there is a water fountain available, water would never be a factor
Long time
Hell, I could live a year on the ice cream before my body shut down.

You could responsibly manage the gold fish and betta fish farm and have sashimi forever

You call that "living"?
Alt answer: Long enough to probably be the reason for my own demise.

If she would be there, I could make it indefinitely

It really all depends on the location. A super Walmart in Opelousas? I'm probably dead within a couple of weeks.

Or 1.7 minutes, more likely.
