Right, people often vote with their feet. That’s why La. and EBR are currently seeing a population decline and BR has been stagnant for years.

As best as we can we can tell sales taxes designated for BR snd got EBR Parish all go into the C-P general fund and is spent by the C-P government to provide city AND parish services.
