23,000 Americans disenfranchised.
Were they, though? Why don't you read instead of being spoon-fed propaganda?
quote:
Last week, AP reported that 27,000 ballots had been flagged in Texas for initial rejection, meaning those voters still had time to "fix" their ballot for several days after the primary and have it count. But the final figures suggest most voters did not.
What? They weren't just trashed but rather given a chance to follow the new rules and didn't? Well, that doesn't sound at all like they were purposely disenfranchised.
Let's do some more reading...
quote:
In rural East Texas, Annette Young voted by mail like usual but received a surprising letter a week after the primary, informing her that the ballot never counted because it didn’t comply with a new state law requiring mail voters to include personal identification numbers.
Surely she was disenfranchised.
quote:
“I just threw it right in the trash,” she said.
Oh, well....
Let's keep going
quote:
Most of the rejected ballots, according to county election officials and the Texas secretary of state, failed to adhere to the new identification requirements. The changes were part of the sweeping overhaul to Texas' elections that Republican Gov. Greg Abbott signed into law in October, saying at the time that “no one who is eligible to vote will be denied the opportunity to vote.”
So all I need is proper ID? Man, that sounds like they are really purposley trying to discourage people from voting. After all, it's not like you need an ID for EVERYTHING ELSE IN LIFE.
You're so full of shite.

Which policy? Point me to the law or executive order he has signed that is, in your opinion, solely responsible for what's going on at the pumps.
I like how you qualify it by saying to name only one policy that is solely responsible instead of accepting that it's a series of bad decisions and policies that led us here.

BTW, oil was under $100 a barrel for much of the last week and our prices at the pump continued to increase. That a matter of his policy, too? Or was that just capitalism doing capitalist things?
The market lags behind and always has and is nothing new. They have to sell through the higher-priced stuff before they can sell at the lower prices. That is unless stations want to go bankrupt. Gas is already a break-even for most stations. They just hope you buy in-store items while getting fuel. That's how it works. Source: I used to own a gas station.

Nothing is solely responsible, but there are contributing factors that caused the price of fuel in general to rise.
Here but the first shot at American energy.

That's a good catch Stout. He forms his word salad sentences in a way to where he puts "solely" at the end so he'll always have plausible deniability. Slippery little bastard.

If you actually read that entire article and came away thinking, "hmmmm, this is fine! and good!", then you're just reading what you want to read.
Read up on that identification shite...it's intentionally confusing.
Again, you choose to ignore DOCUMENTED election abuse over decades at the hands of Southern states trying to diminish minority turnout. You instead focus on UNDOCUMENTED claims of rampant fraud and illegals voting. But go on, pawn.

For the millionth time, Keystone WAS NOT BUILT FOR DOMESTIC CONSUMPTION!!!!!! It's a pipeline connecting Canadian producers to the gulf for shipment overseas.

Why are you putting quotation marks around something that you are projecting in your unicorn mind and that no poster actually said? I'm trying to save you from yourself as your gaslighting attempts are taking an ugly turn into just plain ignorance and stupidity. At first I thought you were a misinformed young man, but the more you write the more I'm thinking you're a wet-behind-the-ears' kid.

How many legally registered voters in this country do you think haven't got a single legitimate identification card on them?
Of that number that you're thinking of or just made up, how many do you think haven't made the effort to get the legitimate ID?

Whats scary is people that are even well off are in danger.

Nah, Lubbock. But try to find that on a map after you pick up your methadone script. You're such a pussy bitch it's so funny to watch the inbreds attempt to operate with the rest of us.

Can confirm that heating oil bill. We were more efficient this year to date than last year. We used 122 less gallons but our total cost is over $1,700 more than last year. I cringe every time I hear that truck backing up to the house.

Are you implying that minorities aren’t capable enough to acquire any form of state accepted ID to vote?
fricking racist.

No it's not. Are you seriously maintaining minorities are too stupid to understand that very simple identity requirement?
