It essentially comes down to the fact that DKE'S alumni are incredibly deep and powerful. Greek Life has had evidence of crap that would end anybody else and they don't bother touching DKE with it because it's not worth the headaches as long as it's kept under wraps.

Their alumni will sue the everliving shite out of the university and Greek Life if they even try to touch them, regardless of the legitimacy of the accusations. Not only will they sue them, but they know enough people in power (or are in power themselves) to make life hell for any university faculty member that really tries to make a name for him or herself. Basically, trying to take down DKE is a losing battle unless you find shite that even they can't hide from. They're the Clintons of Greek Life.
