Another myth - DKE owns the land where their house sits. LSU owns the land and DKE has faced consequences for their signs in the past, according to this article.

probably legit, but if there's one thing you can absolutely count on, it is nola.com/the sometimes picayune being inaccurate in its "journalism."

I looked up the property on BTR parish cad and the piece of property is owned by LSU
