Ascension might be a wait. Zachary is pretty open.

A couple days Ascension should be better, but lots of river parish people are headed there so you might need some insider knowledge to know the hidden gas places.

Friend made a run to Lafayette with gas cans to fill up today. Still wasn’t easy I we thought but he filled his truck and 7 cans.

The truck stop on 190 at the base of the old bridge in Port Allen has gas, and better yet no lines.

Citgo at Hwy 10 and 19. Five car wait for 5 pumps Thursday AM at 9am. Easy the last two mornings. Limited on wednesday AM to $40 purchase, but no limit Thursday AM. Giving away a good spot, but 10/10 serious. I also hear that in Norwood, a bit north of there, there has been gas since Monday.

And, just west of there along hwy 10, the little town of Jackson has 4 gas stations. One of them seems to have gas at varying times per day.
