40-50 yards. Probably a lot closer to 40 than 50. My arm would be pretty darn rusty, and I would probably have to relearn the muscle memory.

depending on the ball size anywhere from 30-50 yards.. I can Punt a ball 65+ though..

Those little rubber balls with the team logo & extremely high seems are the best at making you feel like Mettenberger. I swear I could throw one at least a quarter of a mile. At least.

I think many don't grasp distance. I live next to a football field so I know throwing a football 40 yards is extremely difficult.
I can throw a baseball about 70 yards in the air, and that's chunking it. With a football I'm lucky if it goes past 30 yards.

after that one throw, my elbow/bicep would be done-zo. i can barely soft toss without a flareup on either/both
i never had a rocket arm, even as a LL pitcher. i was really accurate and threw a catchable ball. total west coast offense touch QB
