OT? With no warm up, 70 yards on my knees. With a few minutes of stretching, 80 yards easily into a stiff dew.
IRL? About 20 yards if I warmed up and have some BenGay on my shoulder and the wind at my back.

In high school, a good 50 yards. During a baseball game, I once threw the ball from deep in left field out the stadium behind the back stop. The ball kind of slipped. Very embarrassing.
