How embarrasing is it for 49 year old man to not win arm wrestle vs wife?

OK, I'm 49 and wife is 41, she is very fit but weighs about 110, last night (after consuming sig adult beverages) she challenged me to arm wrestle and damn it I could not beat her (nor could she beat me). I know im not that strong, but I ain't weak, I weigh 180 and in my day could bench 210 and run 6 minute miles. So, how embarrassed should I be? And there is NO chance Im posting pics...none

That's hilariously embarrassing and you should not tell that story unless you have anonymity.
My wife works out 5 or 6 times a week and weighs like 105. I never work out, at least with weights, and I could beat her easily if she used both arms and threw her body into it.

Seriously. I'm 160 lbs, wife is 120, and it wouldn't even be close. If your wife weighs 110, then she is too small to have enough muscle mass to beat even a somewhat below average man. You should be embarrassed.
