Depends on if any of the 3 Nimitz class carriers are home at the time. Really, if you want to ram a fishing boat in to an aircraft carrier in San Diego the Midway is your best bet of ending that day alive.

Why is everyone here assuming the driver is drunk? Maybe steering wheel locked up, or one of the long chain of bars connecting steering wheel to the rudder or whatever directs ship, broke.
