Sounds a bit more like a fire-breathing dragon than a dinosaur. Are we just supposed to ignore that part?

Although, dragons are a part of lore in various cultures throughout Asia and Europe.

How does the bible account for how long the dinosaurs lived? Did God decide they'd rule the earth first and then the humans?

Because God also left us The Testament of Fred and the Revelation According to Bam Bam. Duh

Genesis 9, read it. After Noah came out of the ark god put fear into all animals. They were also given into mans hands for food but they are not to be eaten when their still alive.

I say that to say this. Humans and dinosaurs coexisted after creation. That's the way god designed it and that's the way it was. The dinosaurs were killed by the flood. That's why they were preserved so well.

People act like this is a big mystery but god has already told us what happened.

Based on the fossil record it didn't originate in North America but crossed over a land bridge from Russia and into Alaska during a cooler period.

I just don't understand the need of some folks to tear down others beliefs. You know what? If the Spaghetti Monster makes you feel better about your existence and helps you to live a peaceful coexistence with your fellow beings then all hail the damn Spaghetti Monster. Fact is, there ain't a one of us who knows for sure so I just want to coast along and enjoy my few moments on this rock.*

The dinosaur bones are found around rivers cause Noah's
flood killed them and their bones settled to the lowest point.

How do you explain the mammoth, found in North America, if the asteroid blast wiped out all the big animals in these parts of the world?

wow! you need to understand epoch time.

okay you do realize that 64 million years is the length of time from the end of the dinosaurs to the arrival of the mega fauna such as the Mammoth.

thats 64 million years

The Bible doesn't address dinosaurs because that's not at all what the Bible is about. It's not a world history book. It's an account Gods interaction with his people.

The earth hasn't been around for 65 million years. Even if it was it would be the same now as it was back then.
