Met this chick a couple weeks ago and last week we went out for drinks and then back to her place. In the morning I wake up to her ex ringing the doorbell repeatedly and trying to look in the bedroom window.

Fairly accurate - but just imagine that the sleeves of his jacket extend down to his knuckles, which I'm assuming he's hiding so as to not let on that he's never been in a fight before.

I just skimmed through this but tell me if I got it right...
This guy started banging an older chick that he works with and she has a crazy ex that's turned stalker. He makes fun of the crazy stalker guy and then ends the relationship with the older lady from work. Is that correct?
I'm sure going to work this Monday morning won't be awkward at all... and I'm sure this will work out just fine for the OP.
What will his next thread be:
- So I went to my car this morning and all my tires were flat
- So I got called into HR this morning and they fired me
???

The purported stalker's pic was posted but taken down, I believe at an admin request. He was bearded, on the heavy side, and wearing decent but ill fitting clothes. IIRC, none of the OT detectives could find him on any reverse image search.
I still suspect that OP is either the stalker or a master troll artist.
