I can't believe the number of times i've heard or read this question asked lately.

I didn't really think it was that difficult of a task. I tried to find a video on youtube to send to my coworker(after telling her how several times) and surprisingly, i couldn't find one from someone doing it after their home flooded.

Anyone have a video or site I can tell her to go to?

If she doesn't understand how to do this she may just want to hire someone.

Bless her heart

"She's" obviously not hot or "she" would have someone to do it for "her".

Bless "her" heart.

Sheet rock comes down pretty easy with a shovel, especially wet. Make sure you wear a mask.

"OHHHH YEAHHHH"

And

"HEEEEEEERE'S JOHNNY" so far.

Punch, pull. Punch, pull.

That's how Mr. Miyagi tricked me into expanding his master bedroom.

Foot, kick, cut clean at 4' seam, remove screws or nails, take it to curb. That was tough...

Nope. It's complicated. You need a contractor's license to do that properly!

Too many people cut below the seam because they don't think they need to. They end up spending more money on labor because the contractor has to measure and cut.
