I have lived in my new house for 3 months now with no incidents. Is it safe to say it isn't haunted?

Get a Ouija board, drop two hits of acid and ask it a few questions. That's the only way I know

If the ghost hasn't given you a reach around yet then you're good.

You look in the bathroom mirror with the lights off and say "grab em by the pussy" three times and if the ghost of an SJW doesn't show up your house is good.

Wasn't there a case in Louisiana where the plaintiff bought a house from the seller who claimed it was haunted, but after never seeing any ghosts he sued the seller?

Maybe the ghost is skilled and not clunking around like other ghosts so you've not noticed the possession yet.

House down the street had a sign "Possibly Haunted" at the top of their realtor sign.

Me personally, I have taunted any potential ghosts. If there are any then I have established my Alpha position.

You get enough sleep without things being moved in the middle of the night...

If a house is "haunted" its because it's in your head.

He will think that right up until the sexy female ghost blows him and carries his seed to the afterlife.

Ghosts know better than to haunt me, because if they did then I'd make their asses get a job.
