Conditioning issues are going to SHOCK you.
If you can spar 5 minutes I'd be surprised.

set small goals for yourself so you don't get discouraged. joey diaz was a fat frick and started doing ju jitsu and dieting and lost about 100 lbs. You can lose weight. Don't let yourself believe otherwise. Start out with going walk around the block or some shite like that. if you say you don't have time you are full of shite. make time.
