How do you feel about the newly forced ads on YouTube?

No more SKIP THIS AD
I feel like they've had this sitting in their pockets for a while, as a once-promised path to future corporate growth.
To me, it's more than annoying, but they've successfully marginalized all other upload sites, so what other choice do we have?
