Women who go after you for your body is a good thing as it means she is attracted to you in a primal physical manner which is what you want
If she is attracted to your money it's a bad thing as it means she will position herself to use you as an ATM while investing as little as possible into you

You do realize you don't have to work out or have gobs of money to get with girls, right? It's not that hard if you have a personality.
