They get off of crack cocaine and other drugs. They realize they need to work out so they don’t get raped/arse kicked. They have structure and three meals a day.

Saw a YouTube guy with a prison channel talk about “spreads”. They get pretty creative. Making pizzas and shite with crumbled crackers for crust and pepperoni from the larger slim Jim type meats and shite
