I did 12 hours at the Council Bluffs Jail. 2 hours in solitary for refusing to sign the paper saying how much money I had in my wallet.
That wasn't so bad, but later the next morning back at the apartment I sharted in my sleep. Worst day ever.

Cheap food is high in the stuff that makes you pack on pounds.
Same reason a lot of poor people are big.
Government cheese and Angel hair noodles or mayonnaise sandwiches get you big. Lol
Plus kool aid. In jail they get water or kool aid.

There is a huge gullible population of women who get in relationships with inmates and send them money. The inmates can build a lucrative business by juggling multiple women - even pretend to be gay to scam a guy.
There is a whole website for these women called PrisonTalk(dot)com.
