How do people who tested positive go get food?

I mean they shouldn't be put in grocery stores or even touching hands with people in a grab and go line. What's the process if both adults in a household test positive or if a household only has one adult and they are positive.

This is why it is spreading. The asymptomatic and those with mild symptoms are continuing to go out shopping and working if essentials.
Very few are self-quarantining. That's the problem with the weak lockdowns in the US and Europe. China's total lockdown was severe and harsh but effective and after month they are back in business.
This candy-assed lockdown is going to make the US crippled for several more months. Sometimes the best medicine is the worst tasting.

My assumption would be extended family or a friend or two to help them out in this situation so they can remain at home and not venture out into the public.
But then again, I'm very pragmatic and not an idiot who would put others in danger if I had the virus and would hope others would do the same------------yeah right....

One of my companie's plants is in China. They are back to 100% workforce.
