OT, my Mom Is having trouble getting her flood insurance renewed without an elevation certificate.
Can anyone provide tips on the steps needed so I can speed up the process? She has lived in the same house since 1973.
Thanks

Sufeyor will shoot elevations. A local one will know exactly what you're talking about and be able to source all the documentation for you.

This survey company did the survey and elevation for my new construction. They had the best pricing in the area.

Ask the insurance agent. They should be able to give you multiple contacts. Be prepared, NOLA/Jefferson certificates are unreasonably expensive.

I’ve used RW Krebs and KLS in the New Orleans area
