Story time.
Sorry got tied up. We were having a mock lockdown of the base and an "evaluator" was coming to evaluate but he was supposed to come after our lockdown. He was the Ltc. He presented himself at my gate. I was carrying a .45 colt at the time. I made him show credentials then call everything back to the TOC. After 20 minutes of me asking him stuff that the TOC was relaying to me. LTC started getting pissed for wasting his time. I told the major that he was angry and he told me to arrest him. I told him to drop his papers, get on his knees with his hands behind his head. He flipped the frick out yelling and cursing. I pulled my pistol on him and was yelling at him to drop as he was charging me. 2 E-9s ran and 1 grabbed me and one grabbed him. He kept yelling for the major. He went into the TOC and half an hour later he came out yelling "WHERE IS THAT frickING PFC WHO TRIED TO ARREST ME". He and I walked into the woods and I thought I was in deep shite. He said "pfc you did everything you were told to do and you followed orders like an exceptional soldier. I have no issue with your actions". He submitted me for an Army commendation medal.

Well if that's not a CSB, I don't know what is.

CWO 5’s do exist
I have only met one, it was at a ball in Ft. Rucker, AL. That was the only one I had ever come across in my career.

At the time I thought I was going to jail for that so the medal was unexpected. Everyone laughed and talked about that event for years. It's funny in hindsight but then it was pretty scary.

You see CW5s at 3-star and higher commands. (non-Aviation units)

I'd like to hear this one too... O-4 in charge of 9/O-5s
That's actually an easy one...HHC Commander for a Division or Corps Headquarters.

eta warrant officer seems like the best gig in the military
It used to be really competitive, as in if you failed to make W3 within a certain time, you would have to revert back to E6 if you did not have enough time in service to retire.
