Out of about 27 houses, I think they are about 3 black families, rest are white with one Russian or Ukranian

I live in a very clean, safe neighborhood so not that diverse at all. I paid a lot extra to avoid diversity.

The city I live in is something like 25% non hispanic white. Lots of hispanics that are white though.
The neighborhood I grew up in is probably about 75% non hispanic white, 20% hispanic (many are white), the rest Asian and black, if I had to guess. There are like 8 Subarus on the block though, if that says something. It’s the hippie neighborhood in the rich white part of town.
Now I live in some apartments right outside a super rich neighborhoof that’s probably 95% white, but the apartments I am in are probably like 30% white if I had to guess.
There are some darker apartments across the street and the people are always being loud and yelling at each other (usually couples fighting), but no real trouble yet.
I definitely can’t wait to move.

We have a single digit percentage of the others, but they are all good ones. Me and this young black woman even had a moment this morning as we crossed paths getting in our daily exercise. Words were barely exchanged but the nonverbals suggested she saw me as an upgrade to whatever she was dealing with. This was a woman committed to making a better life for her child walking near her (one who appeared to have great genes).
But I’m open to more diversity just because I get tired of all these honkeys. If there was a way to get more asians to class things up from a lot of these people that are one generation removed from a double-wide, I would take it in a heartbeat.

Central coast of California. It's very white. I grew up in the bay, where there was a pretty good mix.
I like the lack of traffic here, but the food is boring, and there's a bunch of white nepo babies born on third base that think they hit a triple. frick 'em.

We have 65 homes in our little community with mostly white folks but also a nice mixture of black, Asian, Hispanic and a Muslim family as well.
