I enjoyed watching The Pacific miniseries and have read both of Eugene Sledge’s books hence my TD handle.

When deployed we would come up with stupid names for operations…. One night Rob Riggle was doing an interview and talking about he did this in the Marines. The example he gave was “Operation Impotent Waffle” which made me laugh my arse off and here we are

Nickname from high school. A play off my last name.

Looked in the mirror.

Used the name of the first LSU player that I remembered by name when I was a small child.
