Everyone here seems to agree that the cop deserves to be charged with crime and was 100% in the wrong. He mishandled the whole situation and he, along with the other 3 deserve to be arrested. But all of the sudden it seems like every article, report, post, etc. makes it seem like this George Floyd was an innocent civilian just walking down the street when this happened. Did it come out that he was being wrongfully being arrested for a crime he didn’t commit and I missed it? I understand this was police brutality and a terrible act but it seems like the story being told is being manipulated.

Every single one of these is manipulated. This guy was being arrested for using a counterfeit $20 and fighting the cops.

He also had numerous underlying conditions and fentanyl in his system exacerbating his death.

I don’t know anyone that thinks the cops were right here, but Floyd was no saint like he’s beefing portrayed as

Since when is a cop jury, judge and executioner? In America, the law is innocent until proven guilty, btw, not the other way around.

Absolutely agree. We need to focus on this issue and correct it, and not try and lump every social grievance including healthcare and additional educational funding into it

Kind of like all the articles yesterday about how Trump tear gassed and flash banged a bunch of peaceful protestors. They even had reporters saying they had been personally tear gassed.

No doubt, regardless of what color GF was, people should be pissed off by this. I think the fact that it has turned extremely racial has turned a lot of people off to it since it has become so politically charged, and rightfully so.

Man, the dude who ate the bat, and that mn cop really fricked us this year

It's a standard narrative...see Trayvon and the pic of him when he was 12 or Michael Brown and his younger pic.

All of this is preparation for when Joe Biden announces an African American as his VP running mate.

Completely agree that’s why I said numerous times he was in the wrong. It was disgusting act and George Floyd did not deserve it. With that being said the picture being paint by 90% of the vocal public and media is he was just a civilian walking down the street when this happened. I bet most people don’t even know that he was being arrested for a crime he was accused of committing and what that crime was

Yes. And because of this the other 20% who are adults in the room are supposed to just quit thinking.

Doesn't matter. He didn't deserve to have his life taken like that and you know it.

None of the crimes you listed were violent.
