How did all 3 contestants get this final Jeopardy question wrong?

Question was:
"A 2010 study of this country is subtitled “Inside the Land of Milk and Money”
It seemed super obvious, like way too easy obvious. Then Alex says "there was a trick" so I figured the super obvious answer was wrong. No one got it right. Then the answer is revealed to be that super obvious answer.
Please tell me I'm not crazy here and this is ridiculously easy and these contestants are unspeakably dumb...

Ok I guess it's not as obvious as I thought. I figured it was pretty easy to decipher that it was a pun on "milk and honey" and "milk and money" obviously means Switzerland, but I guess not.

I needed a few answers first. I got a 50/50 split, thus proving that it was not as obvious as I thought. A little quick jumping on me as a dick. I didn't mean to demean anyone's intelligence here. I guess it's one of those cases where if you know the answer, it seems so obvious but isn't really.

Why is it obvious? The land of Milk and "Honey" refers to Israel Biblically, right? So they use a twist and say "money." Wouldn't most who haven't read the study think Israel still? Or, the US?
