Ya know, I do THC drinks on weeknights, and I'm starting to not drink them because they make me have to pee so much that it negates any sleepy properties it might give me.

I may have to run to Rad Dad tomorrow and pick up some of the sleepytime THC gummies.

This seems promising. 8mg THC, plus the other add-ins. 5HTP is so good for you too.

I certainly hope you're joking and you're not regularly taking Benadryl for sleep. I learned about a year into doing it how horrible it is for your long term cognitive health, and I avoid it as much as possible these days.

A coworker recommended gummies to me (for the wife...no pics).

He swears by them.

i suggested to the wife...She declined. She's worried that she may get in trouble at work (she's a teacher).

I started taking magnesium a few months ago and am sleeping better than ever…plus you won’t have to worry about a drug test.

I do from time to time.

Bought some Feals thc/cbd gummies.

They work pretty nice, I do miss my ambien though, but only so I could try and muscle through it and be looped.

Those are great. And the owners of that company are friends of mine from LSU engineering school, and certainly the type of people you'd want to support.

I took CBD pills for sleep. It did nothing for me. It wasn’t prescription though. No THC either. I can’t have that because of my job.

I pop 5mg gummy before bed.

It’s a gamechanger.

Glad I looked into it.

I’ve been doing the same for a few weeks now. 5 mg. Best sleep I've ever had. Solid sleep for 7 hours every night. The weird thing is I know I have dreams, but I can’t remember them.
Just last night I didn’t take it because I wanted to see how my sleep would be without it. I tossed and turned for about 3-4 hours. It was a miserable and frustrating night.

They actually came to my house for my NYE party once, and they were super sweet. Doubt they’d remember me these days - this was years ago.

I picked up the sleep 8mg gummies today. Rad Dad was a really cool spot. So many interesting things to try in there.

Have plans tonight and this weekend where I’ll be drinking and I tend to not do both since a couple wines do the trick on their own, but maybe I’ll give the gummies a shot Sunday or definitely Monday.

Check your local vape stores, guaranteed that they'll carry some sort of CBD gummy product.

I recommend Sativa blend and literally just take nibble off a corner then wait an hour or so.

Possibly a silly question. Alcohol makes my arse pass out and sleep all night, but studies (and my watch) show it's not very good rest. Would weed or CBD be in the same category? I'm clueless on both as I have no experience, just curious.
Not a silly question

My sleep score average with nothing in system

45 heart rate
55 HRV
80 sleep score

Score with alcohol

60 heart rate
35 HRV
65 sleep score

Score with gummy

45 heart rate
55 HRV
90 sleep score

Get way more REM which helps

Its one of the greatest tricks they ever played on us. They had this drug pegpped as the worst possible thing in existence and convinced old white ladies of that.

Trillions of wasted dollars later here we are.

Smile.

Fear?

Heck, summer 06' buddy came back from Colorado with some very very nice bud. Crystalized, it looked like frosty the snow man.

We were playing the xbox but no games were on it was just the graphics it let you move around the screen.

Very good stuff HAHAHA

I've been struggling a bit with this. When I was super fat and my tonsils were, and I quote, the "worst I've ever seen, I sent them off for cancer testing, Jesus man how were you breathing..." It helped me actually sleep. Now that I have lost 20 pounds and had the thankfully not cancerous tonsils removed and nose fixed, I think they are actually hurting my sleep.
