And begging for money?

If you have enough money to maintain your 300lb weight I assume you have enough to find somewhere to live.

Because dumbasses keep holding up traffic and giving them money.

I wanna know where these homeless people find markers for the signs. That shite dries up. I've never found a good marker on the ground in my life. Maybe they saved up for the marker kind of like an investment?

15 bucks will feed you all day at McDonalds. I'm guessing bums can panhandle more than $15 a day.

This is the annoying part. I use the Corporate/Lee intersection almost daily and 80% of the time there's a panhandler in your face with a stupid sign. They wouldn't be there if jackasses didn't pay them!

These days there's a bum on every relatively busy street corner in Baton Rouge. It's such a disgrace.

There's a place locally that serves cafeteria style meals 3x a day. They probably eat more regularly than I do.

When I was in grad school in Louisville, KY I worked with homeless veterans. One of the guys I worked with panhandled. Believe me or not, he was very bright and understood what it took to get people to give him money. I watched him con $800.00 to 1K a day. It was impressive.

There's a pretty drug addict girl on Nicholson and Terrace occasionally.

Lots of bums live on the other side of the levee. They'll start migrating over once river rises.

I rarely give them money, but if a homeless person says they're hungry and I'm outside a store or restaurant, then I'll buy them some food.

About a year after college, when the market collapsed, I got laid off and it was 4 months before I found another job. If I hadn't had parents that could loan me the money to keep me afloat in that period of time, I could have ended up homeless. Others suffer from mental illness and end up living on the streets. Obviously, you have your violent and/or nuisance homeless people, but most are just trying to make it through another day. I feel for them.

Got nothing against the folks on hard times, I'm just saying the shite at stoplights and intersections is beyond annoying and pretty out of control here, and these aren't even the shitty parts of town.
