Those don't work. We have 2 owls and still doves nesting on top of every single piling at the camp.
Gotta shoot them down or rig to where they will not nest, which is not as easy as you would think.

Three or four sticks laid across a limb or other shoddy perch. No one likes to hear it, but doves are some of the dumbest, laziest, clumsy birds in Nature. I like having them around, though, because they are much easier targets for Hawks instead of them going after my Purple Martins.

If it was in a carport, I wouldn’t care. I don’t want to close them in or lock them out after the eggs are laid or hatched.
