I used to listen to 94.5 since I grew up in the area. I flip to it every now and then on my way to work now. Wow. Dumbest shite ever. Are there any loyal followers that can explain the appeal of the fake black woman thing?

put on a tapout shirt, gel up your hair, get some tribal tats, throw on the white oakleys, lift your f-250... then it suddenly becomes appealing.

Surprised they haven't gotten a visit from the ALCU yet or a BLM group. Tawana is actually played by a white guy.

I remember him being funny in the 80's. I was 10-16.

i assume its the biggest in Lafayete

you have the fake black woman thing you mentioned, which is painful to listen to

then their evening drive time, when most people listen is 90s dance music

Loyal Bobby Novosad listener here. Did you know he once had a morning show in Houston?

Just like any radio program, it appeals to a certain age group/segment. It's okay if you outgrow their program. New listeners are tuning in all the time. It's a a cycle.

Most of the morning radio programs here have personalities that are difficult to listen to, IMHO.

You're probably right G Vice. I don't remember when Tuwana (spelling?) became a thing on that show, but boy is it painful to listen to.

Honestly, in today's SJW world, I'm shocked it's even allowed. It doesn't offend me, per se, but I find it obnoxious.

For probably 15 years now. The guy that does Tawana first started calling in as a joke back when I was a teenager and he was cutting hair in my hometown. Eventually it turned from random joke calls to a full time gig for him.

They still do that? Jeez, 2000 is calling wanting that back.

BTW, Bobby Novosad is a tool, still hangs out at the clubs in Lafayette. On top of that, his show and that radio station suck.

There was some Lafayette trash woman on like season two of big brother (who made out with a guy in the house while he held a kitchen knife to her throat). When she gave her speech at the finale about who should win or whatever, she first gave a shout out to Bobby novasad
