How best to support your country in a trade war?

Do you boycott the import, and only pay for the domestic product, or do you pay and support the demand for the import so that your country can collect the tariff revenue?

The very few items grown and assembled in the USA I try to get. For example is Redland cotton sheets or Origin clothes. It cost more, but in my head that’s what it takes to manufacture in the USA and give workers a livable wage.

I hate Trump, so I always buy from the MyPillow guy. I also drink soy milk instead of milk from American cows
