Eating progressively hotter wings during a fun and interesting interview. I've always liked Sean Evans' interviews on here. They finally got Gordon. I'm about to watch it.

I liked seeing Ramsey in a bit of discomfort, dude curses like crazy too. His act in the kitchen is genuine.

I liked his answer about how he responds to critics. Basically if they are actually talking about the food, that is fine, but once they just make it personal and about the chef and not the food, that is when he attacks back.

I wasn't aware of citrus juices helping to combat heat. I mean, I squeeze lime on my tacos after putting the salsa on them, but that was just because I was copying my Mexican friends and it tasted good.

Also, my friends and I have staged a Hot Ones challenge at home a couple of times. We bought a bunch of hot sauces from the show.
The one I bought was "Da Bomb", and now it's the part I look forward to each episode, because that's precisely where it goes from "uncomfortable burning sensation" to "fuuuuuuuck meeeee". I was having trouble formulating sentences after eating it.
