The embassy in Wuhan? I know they announced a flight out for embassy personnel and US-citizens. Reported that if seats are still available, they would offer them to non-citizens of other embassies.

No offense, but with the incubation period for this disease, is the responsible thing to do to jump on a plane potentially impacting millions of other innocents.

This isn't all that unusual of a thing to do. People that only vacation to Gulf Shores and take Carnival cruises wouldn't understand.

I don’t have the ability to pay for this myself, but if you get an opportunity to leave on a plane and need to pay more than you normally would, I’m sure we would band together to help out.
