She’s due in middle of March.

We we’re planning on doing the crawfish boil for our 3yo birthday in middle of April.

Maybe I’ll have the fence pressure washed by then…..

Update:
The tents are still sitting behind the fence. Next week can’t come soon enough.

Does your soon to be 3 year old eat crawfish? More importantly, can he or she PEEL their own crawfish?

Yeah, that was dumb. There's an app for that!

Also it looked like more have arrived. I guess the bums watch WBRZ for real estate leads.

She eats most foods. We’ll have cake and ice cream too, don’t worry. It’s just a good time of the year for it. Also, her parents can peel her crawfish.

Hope to update everyone with some good news soon.

Don’t be surprised when some of the homeless slip over to join the fun and maybe pick up a beer or six.

So it's gone up to the mayor? And they are sending an outreach team?

You really think they will kick them out or just give them water and clean needles?

If it isn’t handled by the end of next week I’m going to be a bit more resourceful.

From everything I’ve heard and seen is that contacting landowner and having them request removal then the HOT teams getting involved works pretty well.

“Furthermore your failure to properly and adequately manage and control your property has resulted in the premises becoming an illegal squatting grounds for dozens of vagrants, which creates a significant liability problem for you - and your property insurer. This assumes, of course, that your property insurer has been properly advised of this condition and has insured against it in due course. Otherwise one cannot begin to fathom the legal quagmire and liability exposure, potentially uninsured, that could result from your failure to manage and also insure your property.”
Or some such shite.

25 pages and we still don't have an OT Bash/Homeless Hunt event scheduled?

Look OP, set the date, advise the hoard of degenerated (us) and the problem will be resolved.

No pressure. Just have a "hamburger cookout" and we'll show up with baby gifts and bad intentions (for any "uninvited" guests).

A bunch of squatters started setting up camp across from our apartment complex. That land had multiple lot/landowners and the police would only remove them if the landowners made the complaint. Management tracked down all the individual owners and had them each file complaints. They were gone within days and all their shite was put out by the road and picked up by the trash crew.

You need to light a fire under the owner...

The mayor’s answer is to send a “homeless outreach team” — wtf?! Why do we pay taxes for police and the sheriff if they can’t even arrest a band of vagrant-criminals who are trespassing and using illegal narcotics. Very similar to how the Chinese spy balloon is being handled by our equally incompetent president. This country is screwed.

You can tell Matt Thomas is a baw who doesn't take kindly to the homeless messing up his town.

Not the same thing but I own 14 acres of hunting property on old Pensacola road and it's surrounded on 3 sides by the Perdido WMA. I found a some people staying on it and watched them for a bit, put out a game camera, waited until the camp was empty one day then moved all their shite to the WMA and called the game warden. He came out and hauled them all off and burned their shite. Never seen them again.
