Throw some fish guts over the fence. Only problem is that you will smell it too if you’re not careful.

1. Visit the property owner’s office, send a letter, do whatever you can do personally as an upstanding citizen to ask the owners of the property to do what they can to clear the squatters. If nothing changes after two weeks move to step 2.

2. Retain lawyer to send demand letter to the doctor and all registered officers of Siegen Retail LLC to clear their property of unlawful and dangerous encampment. This won’t be cheap, but maybe see if your employer offers legal services as a benefit as mine does.

3. If after a certain period (I’d give it whatever time your lawyer deems reasonable) that does not work, I would do the following:

-register domain names in the names of the doctor and all listed officers of Siegen Retail LLC and develop websites that outline the squalor they have allowed to run rampant within ten yards of your property. Something like www.(owners name)ownsblightedproperty.com Use their full legal name.

You will have a paper trail of your due diligence to try to take care of the problem via civil ways, and if they blow you off, shine a spotlight on their inaction. Use SEO, take out google ads (they will be cheap for a random doctor/company geofenced to Baton Rouge metro.)

When everyone who googles (owner’s name) or (officer’s name) suddenly sees www.(owner’s name)sucks.com, things will happen. And don’t worry, the first amendment is your shield. God bless America.

Ironically. The local news here ran a story on the place we visited.

They found the Lord and sobriety at the Rescue Mission of Salt Lake

1st: You are going to want to build a small catapult. 2nd: Buy some hay bales. 3rd: Pour left over motor oil on hay bales. 4th: load bay hales onto catapult then set on fire. 5th: shot hay bales over fence at encampment.

So sorry you are going though this. Whenever i buy a house, I'm always concerned about what will happen next door.

We recently moved to Jefferson Terrace (July) neighborhood all the way in the back. Our backyard is fenced and behind our fence is the siegen lane businesses near Industriplex Ext.

1) You should have done your homework before buying your house.
2) I would call the cops every single day until something happened.
3) Call the actual media, Kirin Chawla, and ask if she can help, in the form of shining a spotlight on the situation.
4) Big Big dogs. And arm yourself. THese are drug addicts and they will do bad things to get money for that fix.
5) If the cops don't do anything, then you tell them, they have 3 days before you handle the situation yourself.
6) Contact your local representative and bitch to them about this.
7) Contact the property owner.
8) Do you have an HOA?

Those ignorant c-unts aren't going to do anything. WBRZ and WAFB support the current piece of shite administration. Kiran Chawla is your only course of action where things might get done.

Before I go off the deep end and declare that civilization is down the tubes, is there precedent, say in the last 80 years, for local government allowing this sort of thing?

Maybe i wasn't paying enough attention back then, but from what i recall, i don't remember there being the homeless epidemic we currently have, when Kip was in charge.

Beyond the issue of enabling drug addiction and other bad behaviors, you have the issue of how your helping them hurts other people.
It’s not right to deny people the comfort of their own homes by letting homeless people set up next door to them.

We have shootings at Waffle House, woman declaring she is a dog so she can have sex with canines, Joe Burrow did not win the playoff game. We are down the drain already.

I wouldn't do No. 5. While the cops may not have time for the bums ruining your property, the cops most certainly have time for you.
