They told us what to do in church today. Basically you have to help them help themselves.
The first step to doing this is to gain their trust. You do this by getting to know them. For the church, they are giving them free used clothes. In your case maybe you can get a keg and have a party in your driveway before games. Once they trust you, they will listen to you.
The second step is to guide them so they get themselves off the street. Maybe if you own a business, you can have them work for you. Or help them learn a marketable skill. Or maybe buy some shirts and give it to them to sell on campus during game days.
If you get them kicked out, they will just move their camp to somebody else’s backyard.

The owner of the property is Dr. Narra Anjani. She's a psychiatrist that practices at North Baton Rouge Behavioral Health. She lives in Country Club of Louisiana.
You have everything you need right here.
Start calling that noctor at her workplace.
If you want to have a laugh set up an appointment with her for "anxiety" and when you see her tell her that the homeless on her property is the problem and you're going to sue her for the damage to your mental health.
If you want to have a REAL laugh, pretend like you don't know it's her and show her the pictures and be like I'm gonna sue the frick out of whoever the owner is!!
And of course talk about how they fight and do drugs and talk about killing people they have a beef with etc.
Your problem WILL get solved. Make an appointment baw.

Only because she's been getting away with it.
Hell you could call the board and say that you overheard them talking about her and the drugs she's giving them and it can well be true. some of these dregs could well be her patients and she's their candy man. Pretty sure something like that happened in West Virginia or some shite.
Weird thing is when people's livelihood gets threatened they start caring about things that they typically don't care about.
As a noctor she has a license and a lot to lose.

While I understand the OP's delima, and wouldn't want that behind my house, I'm also sympathetic to the other side. Two of my wife's coworkers have their own mission they've taken up. The men's shelter here doesn't feed the the men on Sundays until dinner time. So once a month they make simple meals and hand them out at lunch. We cooked a couple of pots of soup, made a few dozen some sandwiches and handed them out on a cold snowy day here. It was pretty eye opening and heartbreaking. We probably fed 40-60 people.
I'll add that this shelter is faith based and the men have to be clean and sober to access this particular shelter. The folks we interacted with were so appreciative. It was such a simple thing to do on our end, but as many told us, it was likely the only hot meal they'd get today. It's expected to be single digits here tonight with wind chills well below zero.
I know many folks here will say we're enabling folks, but that didn't seem to be the case when you're dealing with someone who's just trying to stay warm in the cold. Matthew 25:40

How many people are living in that camp?
I would make calls to the police everyday. I would make stuff up if need be.
God only knows what is happening feet from where you and your family sleep.

They don't want help. Off of Siegen and Industriaplex is a methadone clinic. They want to beg for cash and are aggressive panhandlers on Siegen and I-10. They use props like a skinny dog, wheelchair and whatever else they can find. They go to circle K and get big gulps so they can pop uppers and downers all day, fentanyl and H being their 2 favorite with some crystal meth for good measure. Anytime there's a flood or hurricane, they refuse the shelters because they want to be left alone.

The “homeless” we are discussing throw away sandwiches and water given to them. Those that clean up their messes find unopened bottles of water and sandwiches still in their wrapper. They also find hundreds of needles.
It’s been well documented that these people want one thing, your money to purchase drugs.

California problems in Baton Rouge? Sorry that you are experiencing this. Different state but I think that only the owner can do something.

The OP needs to update with a pic with the rains today. Maybe they got flooded out.

Imagine if one of these individuals strung out on meth gets desperate and decides to go next door and breaks in with his pregnant wife at home.

Based on your second pic, it looks like you have zero chance of intimidating them into leaving with your small, slender, womanly hands.
