I want to believe you but since every LEO department has at least a handful of bad cops who have been on the job for more than a year, I'm going to have to go ahead and disagree with you there.

If they were really that good wouldnt they be interested in culling those damaging the reputation of the profession that they love and the Constitution they took an oath to uphold?

I know.

I said it.

I think you missed my point.

If the others are "good cops" why dont they do the good thing and run the bad cops out? There shouldnt be a handful of bad cops in any department.

This isnt like having shitty employees at your office job. This is like having shitty employees at your air traffic controller crew or brain surgery clinic.

I think you have a broad definition of a “bad” one.

I saw this story a couple days ago. The officer was videoed shaving the man in preparation for him asking for the job application. That's a cool story there! #fullemployment

You've got to respect him for wanting to better himself. He'll probably make less at McDonald's than begging on the side of the street.

Yeah but this is more respectable than begging.

That was my point. He wants to better himself, I think that's great. Hopefully he can stick with the job and eventually get off the streets.

At least this keeps the homeless away from Whataburger and at McDonald's where they belong.

If he could find a niche like idk...fixing all the broken ice cream machines at every single McDonald’s in the nation, he’d make a killing.

That's good. At least it can help him get on his feet. And possibly get a better job in the future.

Yeah I believe in Liberty and freedom and the Constitution. If a government agent willingly and knowingly makes attempts to subvert your right against search and seizure, then yes, I consider that a bad actor acting in bad faith.

Bunch of bootlicking, government agent loving, downvoting cucks on this board who are philosophically inconsistent, faux constitutionalists.

The founding fathers would be outraged and dismayed at the gestapo-style, militarized police state we live in. Current law enforcement tactics and procedures are antithetical to everything this country stood for.

We were given the Second Amendment for a reason. To protect ourselves. Quit being pussies, giving away all our freedoms in the name of safety. Protect yourselves you beta bitches.

It is not that black and white, there or good cops, and there or sort of good cops that would never engage in improper behavior, but are willing to look the other way. It would be impossible to get every cop on board with going against a bad cop, so nobody does it out of fear of retaliation, they could get in a bad situation and need another cop to watch their back and they wont be there.
