BRPD does take the "problem cases" for a ride across the Miss River bridge and dump them off in WBR - or so i've been told

The ways the laws are written the property owner probably has to file charges. As most people said they are managed by companies that are out of state.
The only thing they can do is make laws to go after the property management companies. Once that happens the I bet things would change.
