Replacing all our 70s era single pane windows with modern double pane was some of the best money I ever spent.

I just got quotes from about ten different places.
The cheapest I got was Window World but the quality wasn't there.
The best quality was from LAS and their warranty was lifetime or 50 years I think.
We are going with Acadian because they have the clay solid color we want throughout the frame.

Don't go to the place off college. I think it's called maison complete or something.
They are high as giraffe pussy and the owner is a slapdick.
I went there when I did my windows to see what they had. I can't remember his name but he had grey hair and glasses. Was a total arse.

We're using Jeld-Wen windows and doors for a new home construction. They look very good. My builder considers them to be the best bang for the buck.

Window World Windows are top notch and less than $200 per window. A little more if you get the Low E glass. Ours are five years old this month and still look new.
