For those that dont know Chicago, Arlington Heights is a pretty nice area. Nowhere near anything bad.

The story's weird. The homeowner went outside and beat down the guy in the awesome mugshot while he left the other guy inside with his family. Then the homeowner went back inside to find the other guy had a gun on his family. So, he went and got his own pistol from a safe, and went back out. The second guy then dropped his gun during a fight with the family and pulled a knife out of his pants, at which point the homeowner finally shot him.
That's just a STRANGE sequence of events.
