So it is dietary?
A poster above have a pretty good explanation of how it works using a gear and machine as the analogy. I'm sure you are conveniently ignoring it.

I know I haven’t felt better in my adult life. Not just physically, but mentally as well.

Good for her and you. When I run 9+ miles, I'm glad I'm not carrying the fat shite or the dad bod or the expectation to be skinny fat
Fallguy isn't really fat but definitely needs to lose 20 lbs. I wear a 35x34. 145 is a healthy weight for a 5'8" woman.

I'd confidently meet you and Mingo at Sonic. Although I'm pretty sure he's a secret fatty.

The sad thing is LA is 4th in obesity: MS, WV, & AL all 3 ahead of us. If you look at the obesity rankings in the US, it pretty much mirrors the states income and education rankings.
Poor, apathetic, and ignant/stupit people are more likely to eat shite food and be obese.
Most Deep South folks don’t care and are too dumb to know the long-term prison of obesity.
frick voluntarily getting the issues (or higher probability of getting them) that go with obesity and lead to being stuck in a fricked-up body that’s painful to live in.

It's not just LA. The amount of fatties I see at beaches in FL nowadays is ridiculous. What gets me is how many fat kids there are (and no, I'm not talking about "baby fat" or some extra pounds). Like, WTF are these kids doing nowadays? I had junk food and video games and stuff when I was growing up too but we were constantly running around outside.

The food options in this state are abysmal. I can’t find any fresh items on any of the menus; everything is fried and/or bacon. Further, it’s obvious there is no concept of exercise.
Your identification of an obesity epidemic is accurate, if obvious. Your analysis of the causes is naive, outdated and ironically indicative of the reasons we're in this metabolic crisis. Fried food and bacon aren't the issue. To the extent fried food is an issue, it's what is being fried and the type of oil in which it's fried.
Bacon isn't an issue for obesity. Added nitrites and nitrates may be an issue in conjunction with other poor habits and products. But not bacon qua bacon.
And exercise is certainly an issue, but very much secondary to eating habits for pure obesity purposes. And this is especially true for the type of exercise normal people would be doing if they got really "disciplined" in their fat little brains.

You tell those Western Euro Faggots "frick you, pay me" because we Americans demand that they pay up for NATO.

If Louisiana wants to be taken seriously, I suggest a State-wide campaign to educate people on the negative health effects of this lifestyle and how to make radical changes to improve their life
We can’t even educate people here on the value of education and family and not depending on the state for survival.
