Yes trust the stats not the guy who was in all three stats within the last 6 weeks.

Healthy people don’t go to the doctor.

I will considering they use science and you used your eyes on what is probably less than .01% of the total population.

You lost me when you whined about bacon. Bacon is the key to weight loss

Worked for me. After divorce, a shoulder injury, terrible food choices, and alcohol, my weight ballooned. I became a disgusting blob. I knew I was gaining weight, but it wasn't until a fatty told me I was "getting kinda chubby" that the depths of disgust to which I had fallen came into full view. Started the carnivore diet in July and dropped a ton of weight. Bacon is awesome.

Cholesterol is the issue there. Unless you mix in a lot of exercise.

A lot of reliable new science says cholesterol problems are very much genetic and how much you are investing doesn't really matter if you are drinking enough fluids. Don't let research get in the way of your opinion, though.

If Louisiana wants to be taken seriously,

Bro it aint just LA or even the deep south for that matter although thats where it is the worst.

Colorado was the thinnest place ive lived but that was probably just self selection for the types that would want to live there.

People are finally waking up. More reliable science is out there than ever before and people are finally letting go of their high carb low fat diets.

I lift four days a week minimum. I thought cholesterol science is now saying cholesterol doesn't matter like they once thought?

So diet has no effect?

Genetics have a massive effect in everything. Including things like high blood pressure.

But it's idiotic to say that diet and cholesterol don't have some correlation

It is, fall guy doesn't need to know relevant facts to have an opinion on anything.

So you can eat 2000 calories of kale or bacon per day and have the same cholesterol readings?

Words are hard for you, I get it.

Some, sure, but as we do more and more research we are learning that "some" is not very much.

The point is high cholesterol is genetic, not dietary a very large majority of the time whereas type 2 diabetes has way more to do with your poor eating habits than your genetics.

I wouldn't expect you to understand this.

Holding genetic factors equal and in taking the correct amount of fluids, very, very similar.

Cholesterol is like a gear in a machine. Treating your machine like shite will cause the gear to rust and break but it wasnt the gears fault the machine broke. Its that it the machine was improperly maintained.

Damage to the blood vessels is what causes buildup of plaque as it gives something for fat being transported(by cholesterol)to stick to. Blame high blood pressure and inflammation for damaging the blood vessels.

I went on a low cholesterol diet per my doctor's instructions last year and my cholesterol levels normalized. Shocked face. My parents and genetics didn't change.

Probably because you stopped eating shite, not because you stopped eating cholesterol.

Do the research, this is the opinion of leading researchers around the world. Or don't, that's what you usually do.

And your doctor probably recommends "whole grains" and other bullshite you don't need so keep taking his word for it. Most everything he was taught in medical school has now been proven or new research suggests that is inaccurate and actually bad for you
