Don't think it was the skull. People were disappointed bc yesterday at trial was all about evidence and the people who found the body got on the stand, etc and nothing about the bucket was mentioned. It's been the #1 thing people have been interested in throughout this whole thing

I don't think it as either. Her remains were scattered... But that bucket.

From wiki:
quote:

In September 2014, Bobo's remains were found by ginseng hunters in a wooded area of northern Decatur County, Tennessee, nearly 20 miles (32 km) from Darden.[1][23] The owner of the property said it was not uncommon for people to hunt there without permission.[24] One of the men who found the remains said he saw a large bucket in the woods, which he upturned. Details of the contents have not been released but in an interview, the man said he was disturbed by what he found. He then spotted Bobo's remains spread on the ground behind him.[23][25]

Some really fascinating stuff today from the testimony of Jason Autry, which is basically the prosecutions entire case. He goes into a lot of details about what happened when she was kidnapped/murdered

At the bottom of this link under "day 4" you can see everything that he said today

I listened to some podcast a while ago that went into this case. Apparently some believe there was nothing "gruesome" in the bucket (maybe clothes or personal effects), but that LEO told the hunter to be ambiguous to help sort out false tips since there were very few leads.

The guy testified that when he lifted the upside down bucket, her skull was under it. Or, that's what I read yesterday.

So I went down the rabbit hole last night. First I've heard of this. Sounds like the prosecution is going to have some hurdles to cross after putting conflicting testimonies on the stand. The meth POS they put on yesterday seems to be fibbing a bit to save his arse while also having some wtf truths sprinkled in.

The Brother Clint is a huge wtf, I'm just not understanding his role completely. He has to be tied to this Zach guy but why has he been so tight lipped?

I'd be pissed if these people aren't convicted and removed from the gene pool.

Really sad event - Holly was one of my wife's best friends growing.

Hopefully they get a conviction

Yea, there are some weird things going on. Why did the mom automatically know something was going wrong?

Did you see the testimony of that meth head, who was cool with disposing of a body but was totally offended that one of those guys sucked the other one off?

His testimony stated that Zach went to the Bobo's house to show Clint how to make meth. If that's true the brother knew all along who took her.

One of the guys who testified was a sheriff and his evidence these guys did it was "I went to their house and it just didn't feel right. Felt like they had done something bad."

Are you talking about the TN Highway Patrolman who was the first guy to question Adams? I work with his brother, so we've been keeping up with this in my office. He also had a lot more to say than it didn't feel right, he was a good witness

Holly's mom spoke on the phone with her boyfriend that morning because he was hunting on Grandma Bobo's land on the other side of the county and was double checking he still had permission after a neighbor had threatened to call the cops for trespassing. Holly's neighbor calls Holly's mom at the school shortly after and says he heard loud screams coming from the Bobo property. Mom calls Clint, waking him up, and he says he can see Holly and a man (he assumes her boyfriend) talking outside. Clint thinks they are breaking up since Holly is crying. He goes downstairs and sees the man leading Holly to the woods. That's when the mom told Clint to grab his gun and follow, she knew it was not the current boyfriend. Holly did however have a restraining order on an ex.

I think the mom's story makes sense, but every article makes it seem like she had to have known something beforehand. The kids story is pretty sketchy, but at the same time he was barely 16 I think and who knows how they would react at that age in that circumstance. If he had nothing to do with it, I'm sure hindsight haunts him every single day

Nevermind, guess Clint was 25 at the time. I was thinking he was younger than Holly. That makes it easier to believe the meth angle involving the brother

I read day 1 of his testimony on that subreddit you posted.

It was kind of difficult to follow because it seems to jump around in time, but at the end of that testimony Autry says one of the dudes with the other dudes when they raped Holly was the fluffer for the dudes so they could perform the rape.

I have to admit I stopped reading at that point. Autry was also shooting up morphine and meth when they were disposing the body.

Yeah the one brother blew his other brother to get him hard so he could rape holly.

Then the meth morphine addict was all like 'man I don't agree with all that homo punk game stuff' while discussing the rape and subsequent disposing of the body, like that shite was just normal.

It's amazing how well these crackheads covered their tracks. Apparently there's not any physical evidence connecting them to the crime.
