Then go for the quality leather model.
If smuggling, I never saw a need for flasks anyway. Just buy a pint at the liquor store, then nut tuck it in your drawers till you get inside.

I’m not sure if they make penis shaped flasks, but it sounds like he’d be comfortable consuming liquids from something like that.

The Snow Peak Titanium Flask seems nicest (and is their choice if you're willing to splurge... I think it's a little over $100 on Amazon). Biggest advantage is that it's made of titanium, making it strong and lightweight-- and more chemically inert than steel so that it won't react with the liquor and impart metal taste or retain the scent of what was previously in the flask (according to the article and a couple of Amazon reviews I read.
The more modestly priced BruMate Liquor canteen claims to have some sort of technology to similarly prevent metallic aftertaste, though I didn't look into what that technology is and it looks a little more whimsical in its styling, though I personally wouldn't care if it does the job.
In any case, the above has some good thoughts based on materials and intended usage that should help get you started.
