At least one wrestler a year at my high school used to get this. It is extremely common for wrestlers

That kid needs to quit complaining. Anyone who's ever wrestled has had some kind of skin infection at one point or another. We discovered a pretty nasty ring worm infection on a buddy after shaving his head, over the next 24 hours we were all covered in the shite.
His ears look pretty good though, so he's got that going for him.
