People can laugh at all the vaccine references, but all cause mortality of off the charts in this country. And I have yet to hear an explanation of why that is.

You're not paying attention. There are people in this very thread providing hillbilly explanations.

In 2016 there were 599 children and adolescents who died from cardiac issues, 979 from congenital abnormalities and 274 from respiratory diseases. You could have posted more than one of these threads everyday back then

Ah yes…and what was the health of these kids prior to said events?

Now do the number of events that have occurred in the last year.

I’ll wait.

Many of the events were sudden and not a chronic issue. That's why medical screening for sports in high school had gotten more rigid over the last 15 years.

The all cause mortality in 2022 is down compared to 2021 and 2020. I haven't seen the final numbers for child and adolescents for 2022 yet. Generally they take a few more months for final numbers.

Vaxxed and boosted

I am and have nothing wrong. Got boosted 3 weeks ago because we are going out of the country. Never felt better.

There is just no way this many young, healthy athletes are dying of heart attacks in a very short span of time because of the same thing!
Well there is certainly no way that people like you are providing baseline figures so we know if there is even a change or not.

Very good question. The burden of providing such figures is on the dullards that insist on making these dumb threads. Jake88 already did you a solid by providing half the info.

It’s a shame all high school athletes can’t get an EKG and/or Echocardiogram to screen for it.

Kids (in states I’ve worked) have to get a sports physical to play sports in middle/high school. The forms usually have screening questions regarding chest pain, shortness of breath, dizziness, etc. They also ask about family history. Kids with red flags get referred to cardiology and held from physical activity pending a workup.

I believe they’ve studied universal screening with EKGs for all athletes but it wouldn’t be cost effective or something. That said, Italy screens all of their athletes with EKGs but they have a specific cardiac defect with significant prevalence in their population and often the presenting feature is sudden arrhythmia and death.

Social media has a huge role in this. shite spreads like wild fire with both sides of the vaccine pushing their own agendas.

You’re gonna hear about every “sudden death” that occurs now, just like every police involved shooting.

Boston Celtics star Reggie Lewis died Tuesday night after collapsing for the second time in three months while playing basketball. He was 27.

Lewis collapsed late Tuesday afternoon while shooting baskets at Brandeis University, the Celtics' practice facility. There was no organized team practice.

Local paramedics found him in "complete cardiac arrest" and he was pronounced dead at 7:30 p.m. EDT at Waltham-Weston Hospital, Dr. Mary Anne McGinn said at a news conference.

I must be a nuclear bomb then. I have multiples of Pfizer, Moderna, and ABNCoV2 in me.

Redden had a cardiomyopathy but autopsy was a little unclear to the exact type

Pete was born without the normal arteries on the left side of the heart. Amazing he was able to play basketball for as long as he did without falling out

What's funny is yahoo is even trying to down play it. I seen 2 articles the other day about a young person dying unexpectedly of heart issues. But had to show it was a hidden heart issue or something definitely not covid or vaccine related.
