When I turned 30 I reevaluated my life and wanted some changes. I was somewhat successful but extremely bored.

Mainly, had to stop drinking.

Oh and while the hair on my head is thinning the hair on my back is sprouting. Kind of sucks.

I went in reverse I guess. I was married shortly after I graduated college (22). Made a lot more money in my mid 20s than now, and had my first kid in my mid 20s. I didn't party in my 20s. I was happy to come home to my family and do adult things.

Now in my 30s, I'm single, hit the bars every now and then, am in the best shape of my life, actually date for fun and not just looking for a wife, and I scrape by financially as a single parent. I never would've dreamed I was going to be going backwards in my life. Wtf, thought I wouldn't have that bullshite anymore.

I drink way less, (swap liquor for pot) require less sleep and my body is not what it used to be.

With that said I have hit the gym hard, I eat super clean and gay and I am feeling better than I have in a long time.

I do it for myself and my kids. I want to keep up with them.

Higher Blood Pressure. I had perfect blood pressure when I was going into surgery back in January when I was still 29. Turned 30 on March 1 and went back for my 6 week check up on March 7 and my BP was the highest it's ever been.

fricking old age man.
