Went to high school with several of these guys, know a couple pretty well... One of them is really surprising

No one said it doesn't exist. It just represents about 0.03% of the crime in NOLA. Oh yeah, this is also a nonviolent crime. Big difference.

I'm not surprised it's on the north shore.. Heroin has become a huge problem because painkillers have gotten difficult to buy, and very expensive because of the restrictions. Heroin ia becoming a suburban problem. Thank the pharmaceutical industry for this one.
