Here's a list of Love's locations in Louisiana - where it says "DEF Lanes"? THATS DEF AVAILABLE AT THE PUMP
Loves
Pilot/Flying J - click on the store, it'll have DEF Lanes listed:
P/FJ
TA/Petro, click the link and you'll see BULK DEF prices:
TA/Petro

So much for the "irrefutable fact" of it not being available in LA. This doesn't even cover the independent truck stops that have them. Again, sorry if your shitty corner store gas station hasn't helped you out with the convenience of bulk def yet.

Hey dumb dumb, those spots, as it's been said are specifically for commercial trucks. Completely different than the regular gas pumps. They exist in those rare instances. Stop trying to pretend that these are everywhere and all the diesel drivers in this thread are just blind.

They're specifically made for both pickup trucks and semi's to use bud. I see pickups use them all the time - sorry that hasn't been explained to the baws in Louisiana. Maybe there needs to be signs to direct them to it like these?

You can search these... You know that right?

There are only about 30 available DEF pumps on the fuel island like this in all of Southeast Louisiana including Lafayette, New Orleans, and Hammond metro areas.

The I10/I49 corridor from NOLA all the way to Shreveport has a whopping 18 pumps like this over 350 miles.

They are insanely rare.

Now do solar panels. At least the wind turbine blades don't contaminate the water supply.

There's 34 just on the I-12 corridor.
I'm done arguing this, the goal gets moved every time a fact is presented. It's gone from "not available period" to "not convenient for me"

Currently, there’s not enough of a market for recycled fiberglass to ramp up recycling old windmills.

I would be willing to bet this changes in some way down the road where there becomes a greater demand for this material in one way or another.

Now wait a minute. I never said they didnt exist. I said they were extremely rare. And I'm the one that took the time to search this. You have yet to bring a single fact to this thread. YOU claimed they are common, now you are the one moving the goal posts.

And by the way, there are only 8 fuel locations within 5 miles of I12 from Slidell all the way to BR that offer a pump like the one you showed among HUNDREDS of fuel stations. Again, RARE.

Link is broken or has aids.

2 questions about OP post. How old are these blades, and how are these breaking, Fiberglass just wearing away?

The blades can be recycled, it’s just that you lose mechanical properties in the fibers and it’s more expensive to produce right now than virgin fiberglass.

Meanwhile, Waterford 3 and Riverbend just keep doing what they do with no problems.

Boom. Next problem.

I was thinking the exact same thing. DUMP all these blades off the Louisiana coast and use them to capture soil before it is dragged off into the gulf

Anybody ever think what happens when “climate change” causes wind patterns to shift? Are we moving the wind farms around? Are the windmills on wheels?

Anyone done the stats of birds killed flying over furnace stacks in refineries?

Nah, we don't want to do that.
