Apparently Dr. Plantz can help if you were in an accident.

First you need to see your general practitioner to get referred to a specialist. If you don't, you can get charged a lot of money.

That's the way most insurances are set up.

Dr Waggenspack at BR Ortho just did all kinds of work on my shoulder 3.50 weeks ago (exactly). He used a new technique on my rotator and bicep tendon that wraps it all in cow collagen, that eventually gets absorbed into your body after the tendons have healed. I've had some bouts of major pain but nothing like I expected and my PT says I am about 3 weeks ahead of an old school rotator/AC joint surgery.

Not for blue cross, or at least most blue cross plans. Don’t need a referral.

There's a woman down the far end of Canal St, take a live chicken and $50. She'll fix ya up.

Love Dr Perry but I think Duval is the shoulder guy at LOS.

Seriously I’ll answer.

If Lafayette is your accure location, call LOS (Lafayette Orthopedic Slecialists) and ask to make an appointment with “the shoulder guy”. They’re all capable of all ortho, but they all have specialties — Perry is knee/hip, LeBlanc is hand and wrist, etc.

I'm wondering how you can not know. I broke my collar bone in a dirt bike accident and I damn sure knew it was broken after adrenaline wore off
